How to do it right route to with decition tree

I need the assignment route to the "Head User" of the department. But it must be the HeadUser of the department that created the case. Example: ClientManager create case, and assigment route to HEADClientManager. I use decision tree,but it not work What is the best way to do this?

Instead of using the decision tree, if you want to route the operator to the create operator of the case, then you can use .pxCreateOperator property for routing.
