Pega SA- Extension for Lead Routing decision tree?
Hi Team, We had a requirement to route the Lead cases based on few criteria. Business users are using the OOTB Lead routing algorithm provided by adding the combinations. Currently the combinations are exceeding more than 100 which is getting difficult in maintaining by the business users. Can you please let us know any way we can extend this decision with out deviating from the original algorithm. Example:
1. We have to route the cases based on specific property A and region property B. There are around 10 combination for property A and 10 for property B. In order to satisfy all combinations we need to make around 100 entries in the routing algorithm which is getting difficult in maintaining by business users. Thanks in advance

Hi @srikh We are looking for any better way to handle the requirement (with more number of entries in the tree) as I said, currently we are having close to 100 entries for the different combination. There is no option to call another decision tree/ table in the current lead routing. Which is making it difficult to the Business user/ Developer to maintain and debug. Thanks Rohith Achanta
