How do i create a feature map in PMF?
I added features to a product but they don't show up in my available feature list to be associated to a User Story

In PMF 7.1.2, you create the feature map from the product's Features tab. It sounds as if you have found that part.
The feature auto-complete and browse field should show on the entry and update screens for bugs, user stories, and feedback items.

Just to close the loop. Features are being added correctly on several PMF 7.1.2 instances we've tested on internally.
When working correctly, the feature map on the product should show the features immediately after you add them. You seem to be having invalid feature ID issues on your PMF instance, which we will be looking into for you.
