How to display the default option as HangUp instead of Drop party When the user clicks on Complete Conference?

@ ! ! ! !We have a requirement to remove Drop Party option after user completes conference. Modified the dynamic XML  PegaCallActionOptions rule to remove Drop Party and display Hang Up instead. However, Drop Party option still shows up. Attached is the screenshot of the dynamic XML rule and the user portal view where Drop Party appears as soon as Complete Coneference is clicked.
