How to customize tool tip on button label in screen flow?

I am assuming you want to change the look and feel of the tooltip text

Go to Button Control rule and find the css class/id which is used for tooltip and update the css for your changes

or tooltip is configured for UI in the Button control itself then update the Button rule to make your changes by saving it in Application ruleset
