How to create child cases from page group (list)
Hi All,
In my requirements I have a step where the user populates a Field Group (list). Afterwards, based on how many rows in the list were created I need to initiate a child case for each line of information.
I've tried with "Split for each" advanced shape, however I cannot locate the property that indicates the rows created so I can set it up in the iteration. Also I'm not quite sure about the Flow name that should be populated there.
Are there any detailed steps where I can see how I should configure the multiple sub-cases creation?
Also, if there is an alternative way to achieve this I'll be happy to read about it.

You can use the Create Case smart shape. There is a checkbox to 'Create multiple cases using a list' and you can specify the page list or group that was populated by the users.

I already tried that but I receive the error "pxAddChildWork: the child class must equal or derive from the class of the source's Page Property".
What and where do I need to look in order to fix this child-parent class relationship?

Hello,
Could you try to create a Page-List of the Child case class and then Split-For-Each on that Page-List. That should work fine.
