How to Convert the date format to mm/dd/yyyy automatically when user manually enters date in the format MMDDYYYY in date field

There is a date of birth field and the user can select the date from calendar and also can enter the date manually. 

When user selects the date from calendar then it is displaying in the format "mm/dd/yyyy" format but when user enters the date format "mmddyyyy" manually then it should automatically converts to "mm/dd/yyyy" format. Once entered the date manually then it is throwing an error as "invalid date/time value". Can anyone please help on this.Attached the screenshots

Hi @VenkataSatyanaraB, firstly we need to use a text type property in the date time control to avoid the validation. Then, within the "On-Change" action we need to call a refresh this section along with a DT/Activity which will convert the date from mmddyyyy to mm/dd/yyyy (You can use the substring function to obtain the desired result).
