How to control Text area height in Read-Only?

HI,

When ever Text Area is in read only mode, I want to display only 3 Lines.

Once click on Text Area it will become as Editable mode this time we need to display entire text.

Like:- in Property Presentation tab we can able to control Height and width when it is in Editable mode. Same function i need in read only mode also.

How can i achieve this?
