Does Pega provide an OOTB way to add readonly attribute or aria-required=true attribute to a read-only text area/text input?

Can you try this - add class for the control. Then in the DOM of the browser, you can see the attribute "class" for the control.
Then in UserWorkForm or any non-autogenerated section, via script, you can add the attribute for this element by searching document.getElementByClassName("class").

I will try this approach. Alternatively, are you aware if there's a way to accomplish this OOTB without having to add custom scripts?
