How to get Scroll bar when text area is read-only in PDF file

Hi All,

I have a requirement in which I am using table. In table I have text area which contains 500 characters maximum.

I am generating PDF in which this table is in readonly format. I need to have scroll bar for this text area. Will it be possible to have scroll bar in PDF?

Or is there any other way with which text is visible in correct format. Currently if ,I Wrap the text it is overlapping the text in 2nd row of table.
