How to clear "Ready to Process" items from my Queue Processor
Hi,
We have a Queue Processor where there are few items piled up at Ready To Process stage and we need to clear them from the list.
I already followed the solution provided in the below article.

But no luck as the items are still shown at Ready to Process stage. In this i created a test activity and added the java step given and ran the activity standalone.Though the status is showing as success the items still exists
We are currently using 8.6.2.
Please let us know if any other solution is there.

Did you go through the support document Configuring Asynchronous Processing ?
Also check your logs and consult documentation for PEGA0137: Ready-to-process items not picked by queue processor. The Alerts Overview documentation provides troubleshooting steps.
