How can we route an assignment to a workgroup in pega?
How can we route an assignment to a workgroup in pega? The assignment should be routed to every member in the workgroup. How to configure this?

@TanyaS58 You can't Route assignment to WorkGroup. you can route assignment either worklist or work queue. Work queue is associated with WorkGroup whoever belongs to that workgroup they can able to access. Please refer below for more details https://academy.pega.com/topic/routing-work/v1?

In Pega, we are unable to route an assignment to a workgroup. Instead, you can route it to the following:
current user,
specific user,
work queue,
custom, or
use business logic.
