@MeghaSinha SMTP is strictly for sending emails, so you would not be able to receive them. Pega Robotics does not have a connector specifically for Gmail. You would likely need to create a custom component to do this, or you could also interrogate the web interface. You can also speak with your Client Success Manager or any other Pega contacts you have to get this requested as a feature, as it might be something we could add into later versions of the product.

If you were able to setup your Gmail within Outlook however, the Outlook Connector should work for you on this use case.
