how to read web emails in pega robotics studio
hi All,
iam trying to read email from gmail or any webmail in pega robotics studio, may i know is there a way we can achieve? SMTP is available to send an email but to read emails iam not finding any option.
i tried to write a script using imap though not a success,i am still puzzled if i have to trigger script everytime or if BOT is running it keeps listening to email arrived.
please help me on this.

You can probably interrogate the first mail in the inbox, then clone the control and start pulling information from those cells to determine the nature of the emails. We normally work with Outlook, webmail support would fall under the purview of a web adapter. For more comprehensive automation design oversight, I would suggest contacting Pega Services.
