Use message rule and pass the property value as a parameter

Example:

pyInvalidPageProperty: Invalid property {1} on page {2}: This property is not defined on this page and it is having two parameters propertyname and pageName

if above message rule is used in Validate rule, how to pass values to Parameters in message rule so that it can replace {1} and {2} dynamically?
