How to allow for a user running 2 different Automations that use 2 different Runtimes?

How would one configure a User in OMC to be assigned 2 different Automation Packages that each utilize a different version of the Runtime..? Is this even possible..?

example:

Package-A = 8.0.1037

Package-B = 8.0.1063

I am not sure if running two runtime with different version is feasible. But pega should certainly make runtime to support legacy code at least it should support minor version changes. Or they should come up with upgrader which automatically upgrade the package.
