How to add noNamespaceSchemaLocation to root element in XML when Auto-generated XML is selected?

Hi All,

I need to add xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation to root element. I tried adding attribute with this name but special character is not allowed in node name. I wanted to send an XML with root element like below. Appreciated for your valuable suggestions.

<header xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2000/10/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="test.xsd">

That looks OK as in this example (though you sample is not a complete element)

<person xmlns:xsi= "http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
   xsi:noNamespaceSchemaLocation="http://adventure-works.com/schemas/person.xsd">
   <name>John</name>
   <height>59</height>
</person>

What exactly is the error message and is it referring to line one? If so it could be the encoding bytes at the start of the xml file.

Please include more info.
