              Work object history will get added automatically added on submit of the flow action, also by explicitly calling AddHistory activity rule from work- class. Could you please let us know why we need to add history to work object using DT rule.

wherever you are using decision table , just call AddHistory activity after that. you cannot add history using decision table.

But if you still want to add History then use expression in decision table . in that expression you will have to call activity.

I don't remember but you can search how to call activity in expression. It is something like doActivity or something similar.

I think that the question is related to a datatransform rule  not a decision table.   Guardrails recommend that we use  dat atransforms but they are not very robust compared to an activity.   Datatransform rules are missing many convenient methods like  addHistory.   To do the equivalent you have to call an activity or a function.
