How to send the pdf document from Pega to other system and how to take the digital signature on the pdf document?

I want to integrate with one system and take the digital signature on the pdf document, how to send the pdf document from Pega to other system? what are the rules we use for taking the digital signature on the pdf, how do we send and get the digital signature?
