Add digital signature to pdf document
Out of the box (OOTB) signature capture control works as expected and when user signs on the control using the Mouse and it gets attached to the Case as an image file. Using the "Create PDF" smart shape after the form has been signed results in the signature not being present on the PDF.
NOTE : In my case I want to display other fields on PDF including Signature so I created different section for Signature and embedding into main section.

When using the Signature Capture control in Pega, the signature is added to the work item as an image attachment. However, when using the Create PDF smart shape to generate a PDF, the signature may not be included in the PDF if it is in a separate section from the main section. To ensure that the signature is included in the PDF, you can try the following steps:
1. Ensure that the signature section is included in the main section that is used to generate the PDF. 2. In the Create PDF smart shape, select the main section that includes the signature section as the section to use for generating the PDF. 3. In the Step properties pane of the Create PDF smart shape, ensure that the "Include attachments" option is selected. 4. Save and test the PDF generation process to ensure that the signature is included in the PDF.
By including the signature section in the main section and selecting the main section for PDF generation, the Create PDF smart shape should include the signature in the generated PDF.
