Hotkeys
Hello
I have a problem with the fields on the user interface. I cannot use hotkeys such as "Copy", "Paste", even through the "Right mouse key - Paste" does not work.
Can you please tell me if this is a platform problem or is it an external problem? Just in some places, everything works in some not.

Hello,
Could you let us know which control or section or layout are you not able to use the hotkeys? I can check it at my end and then confirm if this is Pega or browser issue.

Key commands and right click of mouse can be disabled by using Javascript, Please check if any scripts has been included in those sections to block this events

Hi Postnikov,
I created a sample case type in Pega 8.2, checked Create temporary case in the Settings tab. After this I called a section through a sample flow action, in which I added a button control and copy pasted the same a few times using Ctrl C and Ctrl V. It was working fine.
Can you let me know if I am missing something from your issue description?

I'm trying to copy not the control, but the values in the input field. For example, I want to insert some text into the input, I select the text, copy and try to insert it into the input using Ctrl + V or the Right mouse button - paste, but this does not work

Are you copying this text value from a notepad into the input field of a control (say a Text input control) and pasting it using Ctrl V or right click - paste?
I created a case containing a text input control and for its input field, I was able to copy (Ctrl C) and paste (Ctrl V) from a notepad (see screenshot).
If I am still incorrect in understanding your query would it be possible for you to provide a short video or screenshots of the use case you are trying? Also kindly mention the Pega version you are using.
