I have read the High Availability guide for PEGA 7.3.1.

In reference to the Crash Recovery Matrix wherein App server crash causes the Uncommitted data to be lost (Form Data), can this be addressed by App Tier Clustering technology (Weblogic clustering)?

Has anybody tried third party solution to prevent Data loss during form submission in PEGA in the event of Server crash, given that there is another Application server that will serve the session (redirected by LB)?

Clients usually wants seamless fail overs in the event of uncontrolled outages given that there are redundancies (multi servers).
