Does Tomcat Support High Availability with Pega 7 ?

As per 7.2 High Availability guide, "Enterprise configuration of high availability Pega 7 Platform high availability can be configured to run on Java Platform, Enterprise Edition (Java EE) application servers, such as those provided by WebSphere, Weblogic, or JBoss".  

Does this mean Tomcat server does not support High Availability ?

No, the "Enterprise Configuration" on JEE app. servers allows for extended functionality of HA albeit with a much higher complexity. Tomcat, with two nodes, is fine and pretty straight-forward for HA.
