Help not working after Pega 7.2.2 upgrade
Hi
We recently updated from 7.21 to 7.2.2. and after the upgrade we observe that the help is not working as it is supposed to.
I got the latest help WAR from https://pdn.pega.com/pega-7-platform-update
And also have verified the URLs.

Any quick pointers?

This is fixed. The issue was - Help.War file was incorrect one. The one available under the path was incorrect. It is now updated to the correct WAR file.

Can you please check the under System Settings and search? Did you do re-indexing?
What is the exact error you are observing?

This is what I see. And why is it related to indexing?

What is the error you are getting on screen?
Please follow the below steps and try to access the help content.
Stop the prhelp application and delete the prhelp.war and extracted folder(prhelp) from the application server.
Copy the new prhelp.war file into the server and restart the application server.

We are working on stopping and restarting prhelp. let you know after attempting your inputs too!!

This did not help either. We replaced all content and redeployed a fresh help.war download.

After the upgrade, help did not work on our QA environment too. We tried deploying the old Help (7.2.1) which worked as well, as a trial. That did not help too.
