Help file for Customer Service

Hi,

I am looking for prhelp file of Customer Service , the Virtual Image downloaded from Pega Academy course does not contains the help related to CPM , it contains the prhelp for general core Pega 7.2 but not for CPM 7.2 , For example, If I want to get help on CPM Datasource and when click on 'Get Help' from Actions dropdown of Datasource ruleform , it shows the URL as http:// Proprietary information hidden:9080/prhelp/rule-/rule-pegaca-/rule-pegaca-datasource/main.htm ,  but we get Page Not Found error. So, how we can get help file specific to CPM.

Hi Shivaram,

Thank you for your question. Currently, Customer Service 7.2 does not contain rule form specific help. The technical writing team here at Pega is currently working on a plan for Customer Service level help.
