Hi All,

Where can i get the help file for Customer Services framework its not installed also i was not able to get in in PDN. Can anyone please help me with directions where can i get the helpfile

It seems there are no specific rule form help for Customer Service.

Hi Mathi,

There is no help file for Customer Service Framework. So, any cs specific rule you open  and click on Actions button and then click on Get Help, you will get error. Only for PRPC specific rules, you get this provision.
