I am having pop up with "The process iexplore.exe failed to start within the given time frame.continue waiting?" when interrogating Web adapter (IE) in openspan studio 8.0 SP1 & IE version 10.0. Start page is opening in another pop up with training.openspan.com as expected but could not find interrogation form & bull eye pop up. I saw many queries regarding this in community posts. Is there any solution?

Please help.

I have already disabled antivirus.
