When i click start interrogation button for web application, i am getting following error.

It is likely because you have an adapter set to MonitorAll and another set to Start. It will get tricky to try to use both with the same application as MonitorAll works exactly as you would expect; it monitors all instances of the application. Is there some reason you need MonitorAll for a web application? This is generally not a reccomended practice as Pega Robotics will be involved in all iexplore processes launched after it has started, in addition to forcing you to consolidate your web adapters into a single one.

Even I have same Issue with monitor all. I used Monitor all for Two applications below error is shown, PFA error shown
I have a requirement where openspan should not have control of that application starting from openspan runtime, So i have used monitor all and opened it independently from IE.
With a button click from Application ( Independently opened) i need to start other application.

I don't believe you can do what you want with separate adapters. If you can start your "Start" adapter first and keep it running while Runtime is running, then you can start it before your MonitorAll adapter. This will still be tricky as you'd need to shut down all instances of IExplore if you ever needed to restart the Start adapter, otherwise it would be hooked by the MonitorAll adapter.
Another option is to use one MonitorAll adapter and interrogate all of your controls under one adapter. This may cause performance issues, as the matching process will need to go through more controls whenever matching occurs. If you do not have very many controls, then the performance degradation may not be measurable.

Hi ,
I am not able to interrogate the web application, the bull icon is not binding with the web application , if I set the property start on project start as true ..it is giving issue as explorer failed to launch with in the given time frame, if I change the method as MonitorAll the bull icon is in disabled mode.
I am using the openspan version 8_0_1016.

I believe you are facing a different issue. I'm not exactly sure what you mean, but it sounds like you have a problem with Pega Robotics hooking into Internet Explorer on your machine. You may want to open an SR to have someone examine your machine closer for more details.

Is This issue (With the IE browser) got resolved? Incase if it is resolved, please let me know the steps you have done to resolve, because even i am getting same issue (even i tried uninstalling windows updates which not solved my problem) in my system where am using pega robotics 8.0.1016 & IE 10 version in windows 8.1.

Hi,
I had the same issue which was resolved when i have uninstalled the antivirus from the system. while re installing the antivirus i have removed all the anti virus related add on in the browser, and it is working fine now.

Hi,
If you are using windows OS 10.x version, then there is a problem with few applications (calc is one of them). Try with other OS versions.
