Having trouble over starting Personal Edition 8.1

Whenever I start the "Pega 8.1 PE startup", command prompt popup opens and following error has been thrown

waiting for server to shut down....Using CATALINA_BASE: "C:\PRPCPersonalEditio
n/tomcat"
Using CATALINA_HOME: "C:\PRPCPersonalEdition/tomcat"
Using CATALINA_TMPDIR: "C:\PRPCPersonalEdition/tomcat\temp"
Using JRE_HOME: "C:\PRPCPersonalEdition\jre1.7.0_45"
Using CLASSPATH: "C:\PRPCPersonalEdition/tomcat\bin\bootstrap.jar;C:\PRPCP
ersonalEdition/tomcat\bin\tomcat-juli.jar"

How to solve this issue..

You may need to use different port numbers for the postgres database connection and the tomcat server.  If the default port numbers are already in use you will not be able to run the 8.1 PE properly.
