Hi @AlekyaM8: This looks like a specific issue for you. Please try to restart the personal edition instance to check if it is working. Also please check your systems memory and CPU utilization when you are running the personal edition instance. You may face some issues like this if the system configuration is not sufficient to run the process. You can also try reinstalling personal edition.
Alternatively, please check if you can make use of community edition. PEGA has retired Personal edition. Please see more details here.
