The Customer Decision Hub is an offering that includes several modules (some included, some optional) you may see referenced in various technical and educational materials such as:

• Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) is the name of Pega's decision management module.
• Predictive Analytics Director (PAD) is the name of Pega’s predictive modeling module.
• Adaptive Decision Manager (ADM) is the name of Pega’s machine learning module.
• Visual Business Director (VBD) is the name of Pega’s visualization and simulation module.

Terms such as Decision Management & Decisioning are broad and somewhat nebulous, and so their use may be varied. If they did at one time, they no longer refer specifically to a Pega product offering.
