Google chrome Extention
GOOD DAY.
I am developing an RPA for a web page, in the development I use the Pega Chrome extension and a web adapter, but I have issues because sometime the BOT doesn't recognize the elements on the web page, manually I delete the temporary “AppData \ Local \ OpenSpan \ 8.0 \ Projects”, run the BOT again and ran without issues.
This issue repite in different computers.

The Chrome extension version I'm using is 1.0.86 and the Pega version is 8.0.2025.0. Please, Can you tell me, what is the Chrome extension version that I should use?

@NiyiredC That is the version (I believe anyway) that shipped with 2025. The extension is a separate product and can be upgraded independently of Runtime. You really should be on the latest version of both however and specifically Runtime as 8.0 SP1 is quite old.
@NiyiredC I suspect your issue is with the Chrome extension not being enabled or properly registered. Whenever you start Chrome (assuming it is the first Chrome process started), you should see a new process started named "OpenSpan.Translators.Web.MessagingHost.exe". If this isn't coming up, then you would not be able to see any controls. You would get an error message though. I am not sure why deleting the extract directory would matter to Chrome. It might just be the restart that is helping there rather than actually clearing that folder. You might need to get some hands-on assistance by raising a support case. If you do, please note the case number here so we can add any resolution.
