Did you perform the installation as an admin? If not, try that.

Does this happen for all the pages that you try to interrogate? Can you try a website like Bing or Yahoo? Sometimes the page needs to load completely before being able to interrogate it.

If the extension is not available then you need to reinstall and select Chrome and Firefox when prompted 

With Chrome, the extension is installed when you run the Studio or Runtime install and select for it to be installed.  The extension is not enabled by the install due to security restrictions that Chrome enforces.  Each user needs to enable the extension manually (Studio and Runtime users) as shown in the previous post.

Until the extension is enabled, Pega Robotics cannot interrogate or automate Chrome.

If you are still having issues after enabling the extension, you should open a SR for someone to look at it.

This happens when the folder the project is located in has 'Read Only' restriction.
