Giving open instance authorisation to unauthenticated user
Hi,
I want to call SOAP service while the operator is login to application.We are using LDAP authentication. I'm calling service before user login.
I'm getting this error while calling the service "You are not authorized to open instance DATA-ADMIN-SECURITY-AUTHENTICATIONPROFILE".
How can read this rule before user login the application.

Hi,
Can you verify the Requestor Type instance implemented for your application under which we maintain an Access group(usually it will be Unauthenticated AG).
and then you can verify the privileges for that AG and try out.

It looks like your access group roles do not grant you read permissions to the Data-Admin-Security-AuthenticationProfile class.
What are the roles listed on your access group? Please check the class Data-Admin-Security-AuthenticationProfile.

Hi,
When we call the service , the operator don't have any access groups.I'm setting the access groups while user login to Prpc. After call the service, we are deciding to give model user to the operator.

Unathenticated access group will be used before user is authenticated. The same has to be updated to give required access in your case.
