Get all records from external DB in Report Definition with pagination
Hello Community, I have the following scenario:
I made a Report Definition that fetches data from an external Database, when all the data
gets to the UI I noticed that is only fetching 500 records, so I got to System Settings to edit the
value pxMaxRecords, but I have to disable pagination in order to fetch all the records. This can
lead to perfomance issues in the future because the report will grow.
Is there an alternative to preserve pagination and fetch all records?

Hello,
If i understand your requirement correctly, you want to retrieve all records in your report definition along with the pagination. If that's your requirement then you don't need to worry about the pyMaxRecords setting because when the pagination is enabled it retrieves all the records as explained below,
"When the Use Paging check box on the User Interactions tab is selected, this value is ignored (and not available). You can advance through pages with no limit."
