Generated application documentation file (MS Word) was corrupt in PRPC version 7.1.8.
We have using PRPC applications version 7.1.8, installed on WebSphere 8.0 and Oracle DB 11.2.
On the client computer has been installed MS Office 2010 Profesional and MS Silverlight version 5.1.10411.0.
Usage PRPC under browser IE 8 and Mozilla Firefox version 4.42 has created corrupt MS Word files for application documentation.
The files in attachment, MS Word warning is "File corrupt and than can not be opened".
How this problem can be fixed ?

Hello Volodymyr,
From Pega 7.1.8 onward the generation of Word documents is done Server-Side using the Java Library DOCX4J rather than client-side using the SilverLight control.
Documents generated in this way are produced using the Microsoft Open XML file format which is the standard format since Microsoft Word 2007.
A document in this format use the ".docx" extension and is a ZIP file containing XML and other data files.
A document generated with the version of the DOCX4J library included in Pega 7.1.8 contains tag values which are not accepted by Microsoft Word 2010.
HFIX-24080 updates the DOCX4J library and solve this issue.
Please raise a support request on My Support Portal (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/how-raise-sr-my-support-portal-how-question) to get HFIX-24080.
Note: Mention the Mesh URL while raising the request.
