Hi,

Is there an easy to find cheatsheet for CommOps to provide our AE's and others looking to help their customers with technical issues, either downloading software or cloud provisioning?

We keep getting requests informing their customers are having issues and asking who they need to turn to.  I have asked several times and still don't have a definitive answer.

They need to call or log a ticket, that much I know, but who and what?
