@Ruhina you have logged this issue under Pega 8.8.5 which cannot be correct.
--> Please clarify what Pega Release you are on.
Potential Causes and Solutions
- Model ID Configuration Mismatch
- The model ID configured in App Studio may not match the exact value returned by the data page
- Navigate to App Studio > Configure > GenAI > GenAI Connect
- Verify that the model ID matches exactly what's expected by the system
- API Key and Model Availability

- Ensure the model specified in the configuration is available in your subscription
- System Patch Level
- This could be a known issue that has been addressed in a recent patch
