Future of version 6.2

Hi I wonder if someone can provide a definitive response to a) what is the latest version of MS SQL server that version 6.2 is supported on and b) when 6.2 reaches end of life and is no longer supported?

the version supported is SQL Server 2008

Pega has not made any announcement regarding end of life or end of support of the PRPC 6.x series.  This version is continuing to be supported.

 

However, you may encounter specific issues with unsupported components that you may wish to use with PRPC 6.x or older versions.  One that comes to mind is internet explorer.   Versions of IE older than IE11 are no longer supported by Microsoft, however PRPC 6.x relies on "quirks mode" (also known as "compatibility view") emulation in IE11. At times microsoft's emulation fails to be accurate causes major UI issues in a pega application. Further statement on IE compatibility is here:
