Pega Rripples feature in 8.x and future versions

In earlier versions of Pega 7.1 & 7.2, we have seen a feature called - Rripples. It has got a landing page for configuring applications, there was an operator id shipped as part of the devops acceleration package as well (admin@rripples).

Would like to know if this feature is available in Pega 8.x versions or is there any plan to include this feature in the future versions? Also, please provide if there is any alternate feature to rripples in Pega 8.x versions.

The previous community posts you pointed to have the answer. RRipples is not supported on 7.3.1 on later and our investment is going into Deployment Manager. Functionality similar to RRipples will be coming to a future release but it is not there now.
