FTP File from remote server to PEGA
Hi Team,
Looks like there are many threads around this; but all of it is about transferring a file from PEGA to FTP Server. In latest versions of PEGA is there a way we can transfer file from a remote server to PEGA

If you are running on prem (I am not sure of how this would work in the cloud), the location to copy a file to on the app server is usually:
(Tomcat home directory) \work\Catalina\localhost\prweb\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport

@PhilipShannon But how can we pull a file from a remote server to PEGA using FTP. Connect-FTP/FTP Server settings are used to transfer file from PEGA to a remote server or am i missing something here

@GeorgeJ6156 You can push the file from remote server to your app server via FTP, just install the FTP server on the app server. Push the file to (Tomcat home directory) \work\Catalina\localhost\prweb\StaticContent\global\ServiceExport

@PhilipShannon Thank you for the suggestion ,but it may need little of exploration as we run on on-prem kubernetes platform with a pega provided container image. I have to see customize the image to have an FTP server
