Framework installation FCC 7.14 to PRPC7.22

Hi Team,

The Fulfillment Control Center for Communications 7.14 is not supported in PRPC 7.22. So what to do if we install Fulfillment Control Center for Communications in PRPC 7.22

There does appear to be some required hotfixes for Pega 7.2.2 when using  Fulfillment Control Center 7.14

If you don't already have these, I'd suggest you raise an SR requesting them.

Hi,

Fulfillment Control Center for Communications 7.14 can be installed on Pega 7.2.2. 

HFix-32184 and HFix-33754 are two required hotfixes. 

Also, you need to install Communications Industry Foundation (CIF) v7.18.

Please check attached Fulfillment Control Center for Communications 7.14 installation guide.

Yes. I have checked the installation doc.

Communications Industry Foundation (CIF) v7.18 is supported in PRPC 7.18.

Will it supported in PRPC 7.22 ?

Hi,

Based on Communications Industry Foundation (CIF) v7.18 installation guide (see attached), its prerequisite for Pega 7 Platform is version 7.1.8. 

Pega 7 Platform 7.1.8 is installed and verified.
The highest Pega 7 Version is 07-10-99.

It's better for CIF team to answer this.
