FlowProblemMissingStageFlow < Flow Name > error while submitting assignment in PRPC 7.1.7
in SLA Goal time, we are creating 1 separate assignment for manager to work upon with out clearing original assignment
to achieve above requirement we used API activity startflow in our goal execution activity to call a new flow having one assignment
it's creating the assignment as expected
but once user submits the newly created assignment its creating below things
1.FlowProblemMissingStageFlow <Flow Name> - error
2.Reconcile inconsistency in stage processing link- assignment

Pega likes to check on the flows/assignments you are running.
Try defining this as a case-wide local action as well (configured to start Manually, with a "Never" condition) and see if that works? This way, when these checks are performed Pega will see this is intended to run across stages.
I've had similar errors in all of the applications I've worked on in the past so it isn't uncommon.
