Flow_MissingFlowName

I',m trying to create a new case in QA environment but this error "Flow_MissingFlowName" doesn't stop to appear.

In dev environment, this error doesn't occur.

I already ready this article about the error and tried to save another version of the pydefault rule but the error stay.

Please anyone can give some tip how I can resolve this problem?

Hi everyone,

I am facing the same problem of "Flow_MissingFlowName".

Save as of the case type and the flow rules to higher version does not help.

Is there any other way this can be solved?
