Hi Team,

while doing the 1st exercise for System Architect Essentials, after i completed the 

Add and configure the Cancel Request process as a case-wide optional action and added the decision shape :Is request canceled?  I am getting an error

"Flow Type—Duplicate flow name" on the top highlight in red

I am not able to successfully Save the changes ...as when i click on save (it changes to Saving  then save) but when i try to close my case, it gives popup for "unsaved changes"

Can someone please advise what am i doing wrong here.
