Filter and pagination not working in table.
OOTB Filter and pagination which were working earlier in PROD, is not working properly currently.
Getting Run time error while doing filtering and Pagination.

@DanielVasanthJ please could you provide more details on where you see the issue?
Did you check the forum for similar questions? I found SA-62951 and SA-102818 which is for an issue specific in Pega 7.4. and 7.2.2
Did you check the pega logs on the timestamp that the user experiences the 'There has been an issue' white screen?
What changes occurred on the system since the last time this filter worked?
Can all users replicate this issue?
Does it occur on all reports or grids?
What is the Pega version?

Hi @MarijeSchillern,
Here are the details:
- Pega version - 8.6.2
- reports or grids - grids
- All users are able to replicate.
We could fine below error in tracer:
Failed to find instance @baseclass.pyUniqueValuesGrid of type Rule-HTML-Section. |
Note: This is occurring in PRODUCTION and recently application was migrated from 7 to 8.6.2.

@DanielVasanthJ this sounds like a problem with the configuration of the section, grid or UI used.
Can you try to alter the behavior of the grid in UI gallery as per your requirement and check if you are still seeing the issue?
Did you check to make sure all properties are correctly mapped?
What is the source of the grid ie Datapage? Is this set to ReadOnly ? Did you Enable pagination ?
Does the filter issue occur on all columns?
Do these columns contain data eg fetched from a report? Are the properties from classjoins which needs to configure in grid propertly with .pxPages(prefix).propertyname?
As this issue may need an in-depth troubleshooting session to check on the upgraded grid it might be best if you log this as a support incident.
Please can you provide the INC number so that we can help track it?
