To capture the start and stop details of file listeners and MQ listeners in Pega, you can enable auditing through logs and use the Pega Log-Usage or Log-Security data instances. When a listener is started or stopped (manually or through an agent), Pega logs the event in the system logs (e.g., PegaRULES logs) along with the operator ID and timestamp. You can also create a custom declare trigger or job scheduler to monitor the System-Listener-Status or Log-Usage class and store these events in a dedicated data table. Once captured, use a data flow or activity to send the data to your connector endpoint. Make sure auditing is enabled and log level for listeners is set to DEBUG if needed, and review security logs to trace the operator and timestamp for manual operations
