Hi All,

I have been trying to use a file listener to read a . CSV file and create a case post of it. The file listener is getting failed and I couldn't find a err folder created also.

I created a parse delimiter with file format "CSV". I provided comma-separated values in my excel and converted it to CSV

While I open the Log-Service-File to open the failed instance, noticed this error message

"Error while parsing: Invalid escape sequence. Escape character must be followed by either field delimiter, or record delimiter, or another escape character."

Please find the attached of the excel, rule created and the error I faced.
