A fatal application error has occured...

Hello,

Just installed the Pega Robotics Runtime with the Agile Desktop option on a Windows 10 computer. When i try to launch the Agile desktop with the desktop shortcut the answer is: "A fatal application error has occured".See also attached screen shot.

Any ideas how to solve this?
