Unhandled exception - Fatal Error
Hi team,
I am facing the issue with "Unhandled exception - Fatal Error" in Pega Robot Studio.
It happens constantly after installation.
I re-installed application 3 times, each time the same error.
This error happens both
- unpredictably; I didn't find any connection
- I can reproduce some cases as well, e.g.
- When I hover over any method in the Toolbox, an error message pops up, see the attachment.
Pega Robot Studio - Version 22.1. 9.0
Operation system - Windows 11 Enterprise
May I ask for support how to remove the error?

@MilanD16999860I have not experienced this before. I suspect there must be something affecting your machine. The best way to get this resolved is to open a support request. You might also try deleting your %AppData%\Pegasystems folder before you re-install. If one of your config files is corrupted, a re-install should recreate them.

@ThomasSasnett Re-installing haven't helped me. The same issue is facing also my colleague. But I have found the workaround, to add a method to the design surface I use the arrows on the keybord and it works.

@MilanD16999860 This may have already been resolved in a later version. If possible, please upgrade to 22.1.24 and test to see if that resolves the issue.
